Shane Patrick Lewis, Sr., departed this life at Ochsner Medical Center Jefferson Highway on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at the age of 35. Devoted father of Shane Patrick Lewis, Jr., Derrick Cavalier, and Lloyonne Allen. Beloved son of Anna F. Lewis and the late Allen Lewis. Grandson of the late Gaston and Carrie Lewis, Samuel and Virginia Favorite. Fiancee of Dionne Allen. Brother of LaTerrance and Ryan Lewis, Bridget (Burnell) Hall, Sr., and Crystal (Wilfred) Armant. Uncle of Tremaine and Burnell Hall, Jr., Whitney, Kayla, Kristen, and Chad Armant. Great uncle of Taelyn and Haven Hall. Nephew of Alvin (Lynn) Louis, Clyde (Karen) Lewis, Adrienne (Charles) Allen, Sandra (Roy) Simmons, Margaret Henderson, Shirley Grows, Geraldine Boose, Vivian (Lester) Chopin, and Larry Favorite.
