DEBORAH SMITH WILLIS

Deborah Smith Willis entered into eternal rest at her residence of Monday, February 1, 2021 at the age of 68. She was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Deborah was employed as a cook with Freda’s Fine Food Restaurant. Beloved wife of Malcolm J.  Willis. Devoted mother of Jamie Robinson, Jamerica Willis, the late Marcia Jackson. Daughter of the late Dave and Maude Smith. Granddaughter of the late Ida Cooper, Berthal and Smiley. Sister of David Smith, Wendy Smith (the late Rogelio) Brathwaite, and the late Veronica Thornton, also survived by 16 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA on Friday, February 12, 2021 at 10:00a.m.  Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time.
