Zamaan Dhakiy Evans entered into eternal rest on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at the age of 38. He was a native of Natchez, MS and a resident of New Orleans, LA. Zamaan attended L.B. Landry High School and was employed as a Fundraiser Worker with Westbank Arc, Inc. Beloved son of Raymond and Yvonne Evans. Grandson of the late Annie Bland. Brother of Abdul Mutawakkil Evans, and Joshua Jamal Washington, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, are invited to attend the funeral service at Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA.  on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. at the parlor.
