Yvonne Joyce Perrette

Yvonne Joyce Perrette, age 89, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, August 8, 2019 in Harvey, LA. She was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Yvonne was employed with many different businesses during her professional career, which include, Co-Owner of Top Hats, LLC, Co-Manager of Gaudet Perrette Reality, and a retired Para Professional with the Orleans Parish School Board, to just name a few. Loving mother of Brenda Daniels Smith of Manvel, TX, Joycelyn Huntington Foster, Yvette Daniels Gaudet, Janel Daniels-Laurent, Venetia Daniels Wilks of The Woodlands, TX, and Lynette Daniels-Warren of Spring, TX. Grandmother of the late Kwame Huntington. Daughter of the late Louis Paul Perrette, Sr. and Beatrice Bradley Perrette. Sister of Shirley Brown of San Francisco, CA, Louise Banks of Jamesboro, GA, and the late Louis Paul Perrete, Jr., and Jeanette Perrette. Sister-in-law of the late Billie Jean Perrette. Yvonne is also survived by her absentee great grandson Anthony Travis Black, who is serving his country in the U. S. Air Force, whom would have served as an honorary pall bearer, 15 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives an and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of St. John #5 Faith Church, St. James Methodist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at St. James Methodist Church, 1925 Ursuline Avenue New Orleans, LA on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Joseph Tilly, host pastor; Pastor Bruce Davenport, officiating Viewing will be held from 9:00a.m.-10:00a.m. ONLY at the church.
