YVONNE B. MATTHEWS

Yvonne B. Matthews, a retired teller at Hibernia Bank entered  into eternal rest on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at the age of 80.   She was  a native of Trinidad and Tobago, later resided in St. Croix Virgin Islands,  and a resident of  New Orleans, LA. Loving wife of 57 years to Cletus Errol Matthews. Devoted  mother of Wayne Sr. (Andrea), Marcia, Alana, Robert Sr., Gizelle, Andy, and the late Ernest Matthews. Daughter of the late Demas Tobal and Melvina Huggins. Sister of the late Rudolph Huggins and honorary sister of Monica Penn, also   survived by 12 grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.  She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church.
