WILLIE DAVIS, JR.

Willie Davis, Jr., departed this life on Monday, February 3, 2025, at the age of 75. He was a native of Clarksdale, MS and a resident of Algiers, LA. Willie was employed as a cement and construction worker. Beloved father of Janae Alford, Courtney Estes, and Margaret Bennett. Son of the late Willie Davis, Sr. and Emma D. Davis, Brother of Barnell Davis, Robert Davis, Freddie Davis, Charles Davis, Lucille (Charlie) Miller, Helen Davis, Rose Mary Davis, Emma L. Davis, and the late Christeen Davis, Hattie Ruth Henderson, and L. C. Davis, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service, 230 Monroe Street, Gretna, LA on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the parlor.
