He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Avondale, LA. Gerard was a driver and forklift operator. Beloved husband of Regina Warner. Devoted father of Gerard Monroe Warner, Jr., Gerkayla Leona Marie Warner, Gabriella Marie Warner, and Giannah Janae Warner. Son of Monroe Williams and Angelina Warner-Jefferson. Grandson of Earnest and Elizabeth McQuarter and the late Bernell, Sr. and Irma Williams. Brother of Mark Warner, Monroe Ray, and Shannon Ray. Nephew of the late Ernest Warner and Catherine Edwards.
