WANDERLYN MARIE HENRY

Wanderlyn Marie Henry entered eternal rest on Friday, August 30, 2024, at the age of 73. She was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Wanderlyn was a retired salesclerk with Dillard’s. Loving mother of Inger Robert, Terrence and Roger Henry. Daughter of the late Emelda Brown and Joseph Henry. Stepdaughter of the late Sam Brown. Sister of Glen Henry, and the late Joseph and Carey Henry, and Cheryl Betz, also survived by 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Olive Branch Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Olive Branch Baptist Church, 1134 Branch Joseph/Odeon Ave. New Orleans, LA on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at 10:00a.m Pastor Reginald Nicholas officiating. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the church. Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, LA.
