Veronica Poole departed this life on Wednesday March 9, 2022, at the age of 55. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Westwego, LA. BaBa as she was affectionately called by family and friends, and she was formerly employed with Avondale Shipyard as a welder. Beloved mother of Randell, Randy, and Shameka Poole (Lawrence). Daughter of the late Percy and Eddie V. Poole. Sister of Juanita Gaines, Denise Jones, Adrian Poole, Percy Smith, Lavern, Rene (Rene), and Nathaniel Poole, and the late Edward, Nathan, and Reginald Poole. Sister-in-law of the late Marvin Gaines, Archie Jones, and Adrienne Poole, also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunts, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers and members of New Zion Christian Family Worship Center, King David Worship Center, and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at New Zion Christian Family Worship Center 5040 Taravella Rd. Marrero, LA on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Edward Watkins officiating- Pastor Carnell Bridges Host Pastor.
