VALLERE COOPER

Vallere Cooper entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at the age of 73. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Gretna, LA. Vallere was employed as a presser with National and Westside Cleaners.  Devoted father of Tanya Howard, Deana Howard, Andrea Howard, Trichelle (Calvin) Ellsworth. Son of the late Valiere Johnson and Marie Mae Cooper. Grandson of the late Willie Reed and Celestine Cooper. Brother of the late Alverette Rivers. Nephew of the late Willie Reed Cooper, Eve Cooper, John Cooper, and Francis Cooper. Cousin of the late Johnny Andrews and Joseph Cooper, also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Old Fashion Baptist Church and all neighboring are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Old Fashion Baptist Church 839 Pacific Ave New Orleans, LA on Monday, June 21, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time.
