TYRONE HUDSON

Tyrone Hudson departed this life at University Medical Center on Friday, December 8, 2023, at the age of 71. He was a native of Chicago, IL and a resident of Harvey, LA. Tyrone was a graduate of Westinghouse High School and Malcolm X College. He was formerly employed with various nursing homes as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and Honda of New Orleans, where he was Top Car Salesman. Tyrone was also a Taxi Driver with Glenn’s Cab Service. Beloved husband of Cheryll W. Hudson. Loving father of Isis Mancel and Artwayne (Schylor) Steven. Stepfather of Keyanne LaBeaud. Son of the late Leroy Harlin and Edna Hudson. Also cherishing his memories are 6 grandchildren, and a host of other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Second Zion Baptist Church, Greater St. Stephens FGBC and all neighboring churches are invited to attend a Memorial Celebration at Davis Mortuary Service, 230 Monroe Street, Gretna, LA on Monday, December 18, 2023, at 10:00a.m. Pastor James Nelson Brown, officiating.
