THOMAS COTTON, JR.

Thomas Cotton, Jr., entered into eternal rest at his residence on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at the age of 53. He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Thomas was employed as an electrician and served in the U. S. Air Force Reserve. Devoted father of  Stephen Jared Gladney. Stepfather of Avari and Calvin Travis. Son of Janice Marie Cotton and the late Thomas Cotton, Sr. Grandson of the late Mack Short, Claire Carmouche, John Thomas, and Rossetta  Shaw Cotton. Brother of Darryl O. Cotton, Derrick Cotton, and Shirlette Cotton, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of New Testament Baptist Bible Church, Fulfilling the Gospel Ministries International, and neighboring churches; members of Toast Masters International, and New Orleans Regional  Aids Planning Council are invited to attend the Funeral Services at New Testament Bible Baptist Church 1500 Pailet Ave. Harvey, LA  on Friday May  17, 2019 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named church.
