Thelma Hobbs Gross

Thelma Hobbs Gross entered into eternal rest on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at the age of 75. She was a native of Donalsonville, GA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Thelma was a retired employee of Belle Chasse State School as a Residential Training Specialist. Beloved wife of the late Sylvan Gross, Sr. Devoted mother of Sylvan Gross, Jr., Aver Marie Gross, Jayda Simone Gross, Denita Gross (Jeffrey) Shanks, Duane Gross, and the late Micah Gross. Daughter of the late Earl and Bernice Hobbs, also survived by 3 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of True Vine Baptist Church, and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Services at True Vine Baptist Church 249 Sala Ave. Westwego,  LA on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Leander Johnson officiating.
