Thelma Oreala Christoff entered eternal rest on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at the age of 81. She was a native of Paradise, LA and a resident of Avondale, LA. Beloved wife of the late Norman Christoff, Sr. Devoted mother of Norman Christoff, Jr., Richard Christoff, Michael Christoff, Darryl Christoff, and the late Ricky, Mary, and Charolette Christoff. Grandmother of the late Thelma Christoff. Daughter of the late Jessie and Ressie Engham. Granddaughter of the late Manuel and Mary White, Harrison and Poly Ingram. Sister of Larry, Kevin, James, Daniel, Sandal, Nora, Annie, Rose, Alice, Darnell, Maxzine, Jessie Mae, Joyce, Josephine, Linda, Shelia, and the late Victoria Harris, Allen White, Jessie Engham, and Patrick Harris. Godmother of Reginal Harris and Steven Griffin, also survived by 18 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Macedonia Baptist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Macedonia Baptist Church 1219 Cohen St. Marrero, LA. on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Albert Mickel officiating.
