SUSANNE SINGLETON

Susanne Singleton departed this life at her residence on Friday, March 12, 2021 at the age of 58. She was a native and resident of Avondale, LA. Susanne was a graduate of L. W. Higgins High School and attended Nicholls State University in Computer Science.  Sue, as she was affectionately known by family and friends was a Home Health Care Provider with DSW. Devoted mother of Corey L. Singleton, Sr., Brittney D. Singleton, and Joshua I. Singleton. Daughter of the late Nathaniel Singleton, Jr. and Diana Firven Singleton. Granddaughter of the late Nathaniel Singleton, Sr., Rosetta B. Singleton, Isiah Firven, Sr. and Clementine Firven. Sister of Nathaniel Singleton, III, Denise Gray, and Linda Williams, also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 unborn grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Greater Mt. Calvary International Worship Center and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Greater Mt. Calvary International Worship Center 1600 Westwood Drive Marrero, LA on Monday, March 22, 2021 at 10:00a.m.  Apostle Terry Gullage, officiating. Viewing will begin at 8:00a.m. until 10:00a.m. ONLY at the above named church. Interment: Restlawn Park Cemetery-Avondale, LA. Arrangements by Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA.
