STEPHANIE MARIE SCOTT WILSON HALL

Stephanie Marie Scott Wilson Hall entered into eternal rest on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at the age of 71. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA. Stephanie was a graduate of L W. Higgins High School Class of 1972. She was a former employee with Housing Authority of New Orleans Credit Union as an accountant for many years. Stephanie was an active member of Evening Star Missionary Baptist Church where she served as a Deaconess, Sunday School Teacher, Youth Department Leader, and New Member Director. Devoted wife of the late Aaron Hall. Beloved mother of Eric Wilson, Jr. and Brocton Keith Wilson. Grandmother of Sundiata and Brezahe. Great grandmother of Harmony, Harper, Desirer, and True. Daughter of the late Leonard, Sr. and Augustine Scott. Granddaughter of the late Jane Sly Riggins who was instrumental in her rearing. Sister of Elizabeth Scott and the late Vernita Watson Clark, Leonard, Jr., and Carl Scott. Former wife of Eric Wilson, Sr., also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Evening Star Missionary Baptist Church, and neighboring churches; members of Woodmere Senior Guild, Dilly Dilly Divia’s, Evening Star Missionary Baptist Church Senior Steppers, and Soul Children (Society of Universal Lovers) are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Evening Star Missionary Baptist Church 817 Grefer St. Harvey, LA on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the above-named church.
