STANLEY WILLIAMS, SR.

Stanley Williams, Sr., affectionately known as “Bill” and to others “Billie-White Shoe” peacefully transitioned into eternal rest on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at the age of 66. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Westwego, LA. Loving father of Stanley Williams, Jr. Beloved son of the late Etienne Williams, Sr., and Virgin Mary Brown Williams. Brother of Larry Williams, Sr., Barbara Ann “Mookie” Williams, Patricia Gains, Barbara Loraine “Boonie” Williams, the late Etienne Williams, Jr., Thomas James Williams, and Donald Williams. Brother-in-law of Hebert Gains and Gregory Williams. Stanley is also survived by 23 nieces and nephews, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of New Zion Baptist Church, and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service 1131 Garden Road, Marrero, LA on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Austin Dennis, officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. until service time at the above-named church. Interment: Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery-Avondale, LA.
