Stafford Bolden, Sr., age 77, transitioned peacefully into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. He was a native of Baton Rouge, LA and resident of Westwego, LA. He was a constructor with the Army Corp of Engineers, and a roofer with several local companies. Husband of the late Linda Joyce Bolden. Devoted father of Curtis Bolden, Kendra Bolden, Stafford Bolden, Jr. Extended father of Lloyd Johnson, Rontoya Johnson, and Marion Stokes. Son of the late Leola Bolden Johnson. Brother of Percy Johnson, Curley Johnson, Roland Johnson, John Johnson, Joseph Johnson, and the late Janice Johnson, Geraldine Burton, John-Henry Johnson, Richard Johnson, and Jerry Johnson. Stafford is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, LA on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. until service time at the above-named parlor.
