SECELIKA SCHNELL SANDERS

Secelika Schnell Sanders, age 49, entered into eternal rest at her residence on Friday, October 27, 2023. She was a native and resident of Marrero, LA. Secelika attended John Ehret High School, and was employed in the janitorial department at Masion Deville Nursing Home. Loving mother of Trevon Sanders, Willie (Kenla) Sanders, Caleb Sanders, Arthur Sanders, Jamesha Sanders, and the late Artrell Ebony Sanders. Daughter of the late Gregory Richardson, Sr. and Joe Ann Williams. Granddaughter of the late Gladys Smith, Willie Harris, Sr., Willie and Dolores Casborn. Beloved sister of Terry Lee Sanders, Edward (Keica) Sanders, Theodore Matthews, Dana Gaston, Gregory (Adriene) Richardson, Jr., Garret Richardson, Jermaine Poree, Schelika Sanders (her twin), Rhonda Lewis, and Rickell Williams. Also cherishing her memories are 5 grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.  Interment: Will be Private.
