Rosalind Amanda Trudeaux entered peacefully into eternal rest on Friday, June 26, 2020 at the age of 77. She was a native and a resident of Barataria, LA. Rosalind was a retired Jefferson Parish School System bus driver, former owner of Capricorn and Sport Page Lounge. She also sponsored local baseball teams. Devoted mother of Byron Keith Trudeaux (Bonnie). Loving grandmother of Brandon (Candace) Trudeaux, and the late Byron Keith “BJ” Trudeaux, Jr. Great Grandmother of Aubrey Jade Trudeaux. Daughter of the late Alcide “Sam” Trudeaux and Myrtle Trudeaux Parker. Stepdaughter of the late Adam Parker. Beloved sister of Thelma (Marcel) Jackson, Ava (LaDell) Maples, stepsister of Glorita Parker, she is also the sister of Sterling (Vivian) Williams, Gerald (Rose) Williams, and the late Alcide “Sammy” (Gwendolyn) Trudeaux, Betty Jackson, Peter “Petey Wheatstraw” Jackson, and Sylvester Williams. Sister-in-law of Climmos Jackson, Marion Jackson, and Gwendolyn Williams.
