RONALD CHASTER JOHNSON, SR.

Ronald Chaster Johnson, Sr. entered peacefully into eternal rest on Friday, November 19, 2021, at the age of 44. He was a native of Marrero, LA and a resident of New Orleans, LA. Ronald was a graduate of John Ehret High School, and he was employed as a Longshoreman. Beloved husband of Katrina Marie Johnson. Loving father of Ronald Johnson, Jr., Diarion Johnson, Iyonna Winston, Sherrell Noel, and Reggie Noel. Devoted son of Rose Johnson and the late Ronald Declouet. Grandson of the late Francis Smith, Jake Johnson, and Octavia Declouet. Brother of Johnny (Johne’) Johnson, Dwayne (Eurica) Johnson, Kennedra (Lorenzo) Johnson, and the late Vernon Johnson, and Adam Johnson, also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Friday, December 10, 2021, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above-named parlor.
