RHYA KIM YOUNG

Rhya Kim Young was born September 19, 2021, to parents Ariana Church Murph and Rashad Young, Sr. in New Orleans, LA. Rhya’s family was blessed with almost 2 years and 10 months with Rhya, before she gained her wings on Sunday, January 7, 2024. Rhya loved her family, Minnie Mouse, and singing. She was deeply loved by her mommy and daddy, big sister A’Zariah Church-Murph, and little brother Rashad Young, Jr. Cherished granddaughter of Arthur Murph, Jr. (Vietnam Veteran), and the late Jeanne Church-Murph, Kim Gibson, and Gralin Young. Great granddaughter of Otis Churches Moore, Sr. and the late Arthur Murph, Sr. (WWII Veteran), Earsene Gibson, and Pasty Murph. Also holding her memories in their hearts are a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service, 230 Monroe Street, Gretna, LA on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the parlor.
