QUINZETTA WASHINGTON ROGERS

Quinzetta Ann Washington Rogers entered peacefully into eternal rest at her residence on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at the age of 55. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Quinzetta was employed in the Food Industry for over 20 years. Devoted mother of Kourtney Williams, Allison Washington, Ryan Washington, Keishaun Washington, and the late Bryant Washington. Daughter of the late Antoine Washington and Rosa Bougere Washington.  Loving sister of Tracy Washington, Denise Pickens, Ada Stewart, Van James, Linda Foley, Antionette Jackson, Eric Washington, Thomas Washington, David Washington, Darrel Washington, Edmond Fountain, Tyrone Fountain, and the late Allison Cason. Mother-in-law of Kaylynn Walker and Christerpher Williams. Sister-in-law of Arthur Stewart, Keith Pickens, Debra Washington, Billie Washington, and Kathy Washington. Quinzetta is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Second Zion Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Second Zion Baptist Church, 6520 Second Zion Avenue, Marrero, LA on Friday, February 9, 2024, at 10:00a.m. Pastor James Nelson Brown, officiating.
