PEARLIE M. RATLIFF

Pearlie Mae Ratliff entered into eternal rest at West Jefferson Medical Center on Sunday, September 24, 2023, at the age of 78. She was a native of Shivers, MS and a resident of Marrero, LA.  Pearlie was a retired nurse with Ochsner Medical Center. Beloved wife of the late Esco Ratliff, Sr. Loving mother of Darren Ratcliff, Carolyn Ratliff-Patterson, Escalina Ratliff, Aundreia McCadney, Esco Ratliff, Jr., Reginald Ratliff, and the late Katherine Fleming. Grandmother of the late Nicholas J. Ratliff.  Great Grandmother of the late Ya’Rija Patterson, Ashley Wiley, Reginald Wiley, Nicholas Ratliff, Jr., and Renina Doyle. Daughter of the late George W. and Luella W. Skiffer. Sister of Ella Mae Adams, Tinnie Mae Magee, and Robert E. Skiffer. Niece of Vera Mae Duffy. Mother in law of Johanna Ratliff, Cassandra Ratliff, Marion Ratliff, Reginald McCadney and Larry Fleming, Sr. Daughter in law of the late James and Martina Ratliff. Sister in law of Benton Ratliff, Regina Skiffer, and Maxine Beardon, also survived by 18 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, LA on Friday, October 6, 2023, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the parlor.
