Patricia W. Billy departed this life on Wednesday December 9, 2020 at the age of 65. She was a native New Orleans, LA and a resident of Houston, TX. Patricia was a retired retail manager with Rite Aid and a cook with Spur Gas Station.  Beloved wife of the late Brandon Billy. Devoted mother of April Billy, Tamara Billy, Derek Billy, and Jawan Billy. Daughter of the late Dan & Irean Webb. Sister of Zebedee Webb, Timothy Webb, Sterling Givens Jr., Ziporiah Green, Carrie Williams and the late Shirley Webb, also survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
