Ora Lee Wilson Golmond entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 15, 2021 surrounded by her loving family at the age of 89. She was a native of Liberty, MS and a resident of Marrero, LA. Ora was a graduated of Liberty High School and a former cook at Elm Grove Elementary School. She was a member of Heavenly Star Missionary Baptist Church. Beloved wife of the late Moses Golmond, Jr. Loving mother of Moses Golman, Nancy (Manuel) Williams, Henry Golman and Regina Golman. Daughter of the late Frank and Peggy Robinson Wilson. Sister of the late Frank, Joe, Louis, Milton, Woodrow, Jim, A. B., and Mamie Wilson, Celia Williams, Mary Torrance, Martha Williams, and Ethel Lee Holden. Ora is also survived by 18 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Homegoing Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the parlor.
