Miriam Sumner Fobb

Miriam “May May” Sumner Fobb entered into eternal rest at her residence on Sunday, December 22, 2019 at the age of 68. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Miriam was a retired certified nurse assistant with a home health agency. Devoted mother of Remeika Fobb-Daniels, Jerome (LaToya) Fobb, Jr., Johans Fobb, Sr., and Rondalyn Fobb-(Ronald) Beverly. Grandmother of Jordan, Jadan, and Skye Fobb, Ronald, Jr., Raevyn, andRaeya Beverly, Johans, Jr., Ja’hara, and Jasaan Fobb, and Kaiden White. Daughter of the late Jules, Sr. and Martha Gasper  Sumner.   Sister of Charles Sumner, Ernestine Jackson, Diana Norman, and the late Jules Sumner, Jr., Walter Sumner, Irene Matthews, and Yvonne Hayes, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial service at Bethesda Community Event Center 7601 Westbank Expressway Marrero, LA on Friday, December 27. 2019 at 11:00a.m. Arrangements By Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA.
