MELVIN ANTHONY MEREDITH

Melvin Anthony Meredith entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at the age of 19. He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Melvin was serving his country in the United States Marine Corp. Beloved son of Latasha Marie Meredith and the late Melvin Brooks. Grandson of Ruthie Perry, Carolyn Robinson, and the late Herman Perry. Brother of Rodney Cornelius Meredith, Leeander Alexander Meredith, Darnika Kentreller Meredith, Leeshine Nortesha Meredith, and Cybony Henry Brooks, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church, and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church, 1738 L. B. Landry Ave. New Orleans, LA. on Friday, January 14, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.  Visitation will begin at 8:00 a.m. until service time at the above-named church.  Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery, Westwego, LA.
