MARY EUGENE WHITE

Mary Eugene White, age 90, departed her earthly body to ascend with the Lord on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank. She was a native of Montegut, LA and a resident of Bridge City, LA. Mary was a retired domestic worker. She will be remembered for her passion for cooking and singing everywhere she went. Beloved wife of the late Romalice White, Sr.  Devoted mother of Brenda (John) Johnson, Janice White, Rickey (Betty) White, and Romalice (Shaune) White, Jr. Grandmother of Nicole, Shawn, Rickey Jr., Greg, Marc, Faren, and Lionel.  Daughter of the late Frank and Esther Jackson Eugene. Sister of the late O’Neil Eugene, Morris Eugene, Dorothy Lagarde, Mildred Martin, Esther “Queen” Eugene, and Elsie “Alma" Boudreaux. Mary is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, Taylor and Bosworth families, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
