Mary Lee Williams Hill-Wynne, age 95, departed this life on Friday, August 2, 2024, at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, MD, surrounded by her loving family. She was a native of Waterproof, LA, a former resident of Marrero, LA, and a resident of Pikesville, MD since 2004. Mary was educated in the Tensas Parish School System, and years later completed training as a nurse’s assistant at West Jefferson Medical Center. She retired after many years of dedicated service from West Jefferson Medical Center. After relocating to Maryland, Mary became a member of Union Bethel A. M. E. Church in Randallstown, MD. She had a love for sewing, quilting, fashion, reading, and cooking. Not a day went by without her reading books, magazines, newspapers, and working word search puzzles. Beloved wife of Isaac Hill, Jr. by first marriage, and the late Willie Wynne by second marriage. Devoted mother of Harold L. (Lola) Hill of Joppa, MD, Marjorie Hill (Lionel) Lyles of Randallstown, MD, Attelia Hill- Johnson of St. Louis, MO, and the late Charles Hill. Loving grandmother of Lalita Scott, Christopher, Brandon, Charles, Jacqueline, Zephinia, and Zachary Hill, Lionel (Lisa) Lyles, II, Tramere (Shaquita) Johnson, and Trayvon Johnson. Daughter of the late Elijah Williams and Ellen Reynolds. Granddaughter of the late Shed and Caroline Reynolds, Elijah Williams, Sr. and Mary Holmes. Sister of the late Rosemary Brown. Also cherishing her memories are 12 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Church of Randallstown, MD, Leonard Baptist Church of St. Louis, MO, Choctaw Chapel Baptist Church of Waterproof, LA and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Homegoing Celebration at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, 1419 Fourth Street, Westwego, LA on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Woodrow Hayden, officiating. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the church.
