Mary Ann Bartholomew Love entered into eternal rest at West Jefferson Medical Center on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at the age of 75. She was a native of Vacherie, LA and resident of Marrero, LA. Mary was a graduate of Lincoln High School, and a retired Westside Transit Operator. Loving mother of Duane P. Love, Melissa Love Johnson, Deondria Love, Edith Love, and the late Marie Consetta Love Phillips. Grandmother of the late Adam Johnson. Daughter of the late John and Edith Bartholomew. Sister of Lois Dumas, Melba Bartholomew, Judith Jackson, Connie Bartholomew, and the Carletta Bartholomew, PFC Dale Arthur, Earnest and Matthew Bartholomew, also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also priest and parishioners, of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church 455 Ames Blvd. Marrero, LA on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at 9:00a.m. Father Sidney Speaks, Celebrant. Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time; Recitation of Rosary 8:45a.m.; Tribute to follow. Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, LA.
