Marlon Keith Davis departed this life at Tulane Medical Center on Friday, October 15, 2021 at the age of 48. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Marlon was a graduate of Our Lady of Prompt Succor of Westwego, LA. He was employed as a Taxi Dispatcher for ABM Industries. Beloved husband of Tara Jacobs-Davis. Loving father of Jayden E. Davis. Stepfather of Jordan E. Jacobs. Son of the late Dianne Marie Dabney and Donald Winchester. Stepson of Edward Earl Dabney, Sr. Grandson of the late Frank, Jr. and Dorothy Bartley. Brother of Johnnie (Gail) Davis, III. Stepbrother of Edward Earl Dabney, Jr. Nephew of Brendalyn (Theodore, Sr.) Booker, Jacquelyn (Michael, Sr.) Edwards, Barbara LaMothe, Pamela (Glenn, Sr.) Johnson, Frank Bartley, III, Robert Charles Bartley, Michael Bartley, and the late Dorothy Jean Young, and Matthew Bartley. Godson of Pastor Gladys Jasmin; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the parlor.  Interment: Will be Private.
