Maggie Lee Bell Dumas, a homemaker, entered peacefully into eternal rest on Friday, January 22, 2021 at the age of 84. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. She was a former employee of Charity Hospital and Trichology Adornment Center. Maggie was a member of Travellets Social and Pleasure Club. Beloved wife of Royal J. Dumas, Sr. Loving mother of Patricia Burns, Karen Jackson, Anita Dumas, and Michael Dumas. Grandmother of the late Steven Burns, Jr. and Anteal Jackson III. Daughter of the late Tommy and Leona Bell. Sister of the late Samuel Bell, Sr. and Willie Bell. Maggie is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also priest and parishioners of St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church, 3501 N.
