LISHA HOLLIES HELTON

Lisha Yvonne Helton departed this life at Sanctuary at Passages Hospice on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at the age of 55. She was a native of Waterproof, LA, and a resident of Harvey, LA. Lisha love was Bartending and Modeling.  Beloved wife of Lavon Smith. Devoted mother of Elijah Helton, Eddie Helton, and Marshae Jones. Stepmother of Cantrice Smith, Lavon Smith Jr., Durrel Smith and Ryen Smith. Grandmother of Emmory Helton, Amari Helton, Marley Thompson, and Tahj Brown. Step grandmother of Lavon Smith III, Genesis Smith, Amari Smith, and Lailah Smith. Daughter of the late Henry Banks and Elizabeth Hollies. Granddaughter of the late Joseph Helton and Lillie Mae Helton.  Sister of Cedric Helton, Charles Helton, Martha Jumpiere, and the late Donald Ray Helton, Sherry Louise Baker, and Rosa Lee Turner, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service, 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Ernest Weber officiating. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the parlor.
