LISA MARIE SAMUELS

Lisa Marie Samuels, age 56, entered peacefully into eternal rest at her residence on Saturday, February 5, 2022. She was a native of Gretna, LA and a resident for New Orleans, LA. Devoted mother of Ashley, Tory, Tyrin, and Andrea Samuels. Grandmother of the late Londyn Samuels. Beloved companion of Jeffery Harper. Daughter of the late Grady and Maguerite Samuels, Freddy and Mary Thomas. Granddaughter of the late Fred and Olga Dorsey, Grady and Louise Samuels, and Olivia Watkins. Loving sister of Donna (Randy) Stewart. Wayne Dorsey, Michele Gray, Detrice Conner, Olga Samuels, Grady Samuels, Rae Ann (Nelson) Duplessis, Tiffany Samuels, LaToya Samuels, Keion Samuels, Jackie Barnes, Paul Ruffin, Bridgette Smith, Charles Moore, and the late April and Tracy Samuels.  Lisa is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.  Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Victory Christian Center International and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Victory Christian Center International, 411 Opelousas Avenue New Orleans, LA on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Bishop L. John Phoenix, Sr. officiating Viewing will be held from 9:00a.m. -10:00a.m. ONLY at the church.
