LESTER ORIEN BATTLE

Lester Orien Battle entered eternal rest on Tuesday July 2, 2024, at the age of 60. He was a native New Orleans, LA and resident of Gretna, LA. Lester was a self-employed air condition and refrigeration repairman. Beloved son of the late Percy Battle and Beatrice Daniel Battle. Brother of Jerry Daniel, Rufus Battle, Oscar Battle, Samuel Battle, Joseph Battle, Earl Battle, Helen Battle Smith, Myra Battle Walker, Debra Battle, and the late Charles Henry Tipado, Rose Alice Randall, Frances Battle Wilson, and Persia Ann, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above-named parlor.
