LESTER GEORGE

Lester “Daddy” George entered into eternal rest at Our Lady if the Lake Regional Medical Center at the age of 37. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA. Lester was a former employee with Budget Saver as stock person. Devoted father of Les’Daionne and Les’Daiontae Osborne. Beloved son of Shelita George and Lester Cooper, III. Stepson of Latasha Cooper. Grandson of Patricia C. John and the late Lorraine George, George Fredrick, Anna B. Cooper, and Edna Carmouche. Great grandson of the late Lester Cooper, Sr. Brother of Troy George, Emmanuel Cooper, Geoffrey, Rashad, and Willie Adams, Dekyren Sylvester, LaTyria George, Gloria Robinson, and Destiny Sylvester. Nephew of the late Cynthia G. Holmes, and Gaynell Cooper, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Friday, August 26, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the chapel.
