Leo Kearns, Sr. entered eternal rest on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at the age of 85. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Round Rock, TX. Leo was a graduate of Lincoln High School. He served his country in the United States Airforce for 4 years. Leo was a retired welder for Hunt Wesson. Beloved husband of the late Betsy Jean Kearns. Devoted father of Renee Kearns Aranda, and the late Leo Kearns, Jr. Grandfather of Brittany Kearns, Alyssa Aranda, Diamond Johnson, Brison Kearns, and Alonza Aranda. Son of the late Leonard Kearns, and Isabella Edwards. Brother of Leotha Andrews, Evelyn Washington, Patricia Kearns, and the late William Kearns. Father in law of Cadeshia Kearns, and Benjamin Aranda. Son in law of the late John Beavers, and Elsie Mae Verges. Brother in law of Leatrice Doyle and the late Serda Doyle. Nephew of Emelda Davis, also survived by 2 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the parlor.
