LEANDELL DICKENS

Leandell Dickens entered into eternal rest on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at the age of 68.  He was a native of Freeport, IL and a resident of New Orleans, LA.  Leandell was employed as a construction worker / painter. Son of the late Jimmy and Earlcine Coats Dickens. Grandson of the late Walter Coats and Nanny Lou Brooks. Brother of Perry L. Dickens, Sr., Mary Dickens (Samuel) Maclies, and the late James Edward Dickens, and Carl Ernest Dickens, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of St. Rock Baptist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at St. Rock Baptist Church 2300 Rochelle St. Harvey, LA on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Leonard Franklin officiating.
