Larry Paul Jones, Sr. journeyed to his eternal reward on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at the age of 70.  He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Larry was a retired offshore painter and sandblaster.  Devoted father of Larry Jr., Zenia A. Jones, and the late Larrilynn Jones-Day. Loving grandfather of George, Itajah, Sylis, and Senoj Jones, Edward Hayes, Carlton and Chaz Morris, and the late Larry P. Jones III. Son of the late Joseph Sr. and Elnora Osborne Jones. Brother of Joseph Jr (Gail), Carol and Geraldine Jones, Deborah Bush, Sandra Jones-Dumas, Loretta Isaac, Sherrie Byas, and the late Bryant Sr. and Rodney Jones, Perry Carter Jr., and Ravin Wilson. Larry is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.  Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services at Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Preston Clark, officiating.
