KING CAIRO ARD

King Cairo Ard was called to his eternal home on Monday, July 10, 2023. He was a native of Metairie, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. King attended Emmett Gilbert in Avondale, LA. He was very energetic, loving, and fun to be around. He loved playing outside with his niece Loyalty. King loved cooking with his family. He also loved eating snacks, playing with helicopters, and watching cartoons with his siblings. Loving son of Quinn Ard and Christopher Coleman. Stepson of Larry Smith. Grandson of Crystal Coleman, Cristopher Coleman, Cardell Goodman, Rebecca Gothlin, and the late Charlene Ard. Great grandson of Leora Ard, Sanders Harris, and the late Willie Ard, Sr. Brother of Diamond Hamilton, Allanah Ard, George and Raynelle Tuckson, Jamyriah Francois, Cassielle Webber, Courage Payne, Legacy Coleman, and Heavenly Jo Fruchnicht. Uncle of Loyalty Ard. Cousin of the late Tyreek Johnson, and Glenn Naquin, also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Second Salvation Baptist Church, and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Second Salvation Baptist Church 212 Marrero St. Bridge City, LA on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Richard Williams officiating.
