KEVIN JAMES MASSEY

Kevin J. Massey departed this life on Friday, January 13, 2023, at the age of 57. He was a native and resident of Marrero, LA. Loving father Rashard Carter, Elicia (Leroy) Cage, Blake and Megan Perkins. Son of the late Willie Massey, Sr. and Martha B. Massey. Brother Willie, Jr. (Marjorie), and Frederick Massey, Terry (Matthew, Jr.) Wallace, Sarah (Leslie) Jones, Taisha (Terrence Hunter, Sr.) Massey, Lakeisha Massey, and the late Ray (Kathtreen) Massey, Willie Earl Harris, Erwin Franklin, and Harvey. Kevin is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Progressive Church and all neighboring churches; employees of DHD Construction are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Progressive Church, 437 Cohen Street Marrero, LA on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at 10:00a.m. Pastor Sterling Mealancon, officiating. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the church. Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, LA. Arrangements by Davis Mortuary Service
