Kevin A. Doris, Sr. transitioned on Friday, November 3, 2023, at the age of 68. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and resident of Marrero, LA. Loving husband of the late Cheryl Ann Francis Doris. Father of Michelle Williams, Demond Johnson, Sr., Terrelle Francis, Sr., Karnisha, Kelly Lynn Williams, and Kevin Doris, Jr. Grandfather of Demond, Jr. Great grandfather of Dekyrie. Son of the late Rev. Andrew Doris and Carolyn Jackson Cain. Brother of Deron E. Tross, Sr., Charell Doris Ellis, Darryl Doris, and the late Elder Parnell Doris, Sr., and Gerard (Jerry) Doris. Kevin is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service, 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. until service time.
