KENNETH WAYNE JOHNSON

Kenneth Wayne Johnson entered eternal rest on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at the age of 66. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA. Kenneth was educated in the Jefferson Parish School System, and he was employed as a construction worker. Son of the late Theodore Johnson, Sr. and Mattie Spears Johnson. Brother of Sylvia Mae Cousin, Patricia Pate, Linda Corley, Theodore Johnson, Jr., Carl Ray Johnson, and the late Cynthia Brown, and Wanda Corley. Brother in law of Rev. Jesse Pate, Sr., Salvador Cousin, Trina Johnson, and the late Alfred Corley, Lawrence Pinkins, and Monroe Corley, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastor, officers, and members of at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of life at Mt. Olive Baptist Church 1701 Estalote Ave. Harvey, LA on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Ricky Johnson officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the above-named church.
