KENNETH WAYNE JACKSON

Kenneth Wayne Jackson, Jr., departed this life on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at the age of 49. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a native of Houston, TX. Wild Weezy as he was affectionately known by family and friends, was a graduate from West Jefferson High School. Beloved husband of Troylynn Proctor-Jackson. Devoted father of Kenneth, Jr., Kewanda, and Destiny Jackson, Kendall Johnson, China and Diamond Lewis, Syncere Jackson, and Akeem Proctor. Beloved son of Kenneth Jackson and the late Celeste Jackson. Brother of LaTanya Jackson, Kenneth Christopher, Matthew and Clifford Nellon. Godfather of Kendricka Proctor. Kenneth is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members Mt. Olive Baptist Church, and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral services at Mt. Olive Baptist Church 1701 Estalote Ave. Harvey, LA on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. at the above named church.
