Julia Ann Anderson Boudreaux transitioned peacefully into eternal rest at her residence on Friday, November 8, 2024, at the age of 77. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Julia was a 1966 graduate of Lincoln High School, and a former employee of Charity Hospital and Schwegmann’s Pharmacy. She was previously a member of First New Testament Missionary Educational Baptist Church, under the pastorage of Rev. Dr. E. G. Gumms. Devoted mother of Crystal Boudreaux and Floyd Boudreaux, Jr. Loving grandmother of Cana Boudreaux. Beloved daughter of the late Alexander Anderson, Sr. and Classie Mae Anderson; she was also preceded in death by 5 brothers, 4 sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and her godson. Former wife of Floyd Boudreaux. Also cherishing her memories are 4 sisters, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Friday, November 22, 2024, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the parlor.
