Judy T. Charles entered eternal rest on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at the age of 87. She was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA (Algiers Community). Beloved wife to the late Leonard Charles, Sr. Loving mother of Kelvin, Leslie, Sr., and Eryn Charles, Sr., and the late Leonard Charles, Jr., and Shelita Charles Jackson Stepmother of Malcolm Washington. Bonus mother and grandmother of Tacarra Charles. Daughter of the late Willie Thomas, Sr. and Louise Zenon Thomas. Sister of Alvin (Patricia) Thomas, Sr., and the late Ruby Thomas Small, Willie Thomas, Jr., James Thomas, Sr., Calvin Thomas, Clarence Thomas, Sr., Peter Thomas, Sr., Albert Thomas, and Adam Thomas, Sr. Devoted niece of Anita Campbell. also survived by 16 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also priest and parishioners of All Saints Catholic Church, and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at All Saints Catholic Church 1440 Teche St. New Orleans, LA on Friday, August 30, 2024, at 11:30a.m. Father Fred Kaddu, SSJ Celebrant.
