JOSEPH WILLIAMS

Joseph Williams entered eternal rest at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank on Sunday, December 24, 2023, at the age of 58. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Gretna, LA. Joseph was educated in the Jefferson Parish School System. He was employed as a laborer with various companies. Son of the late Joseph Stewart and Justina Houston.  Grandson of the late Alex Williams, Sr., and Ella Williams Penwright. Brother of Troy Williams, Charles (Sonia) Willaims, and Kent Williams. Nephew of Marion (Edgar) Washington, Dorothy Santacruz, Cecile W. (Chris) Miller, and Wilbert Williams, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of New Zion Baptist Church, and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Friday, January 5, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.  Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
