JOSEPH ADAM JASMIN, JR.

Joseph Adam Jasmin, Jr. entered eternal rest on Sunday, December 22, 2024, at the age of 68. He was a native of New Orleans, LA, and a resident of Marrero, LA. Joseph was a graduate of West Jefferson High School Class of 1975. He was employed with the Jefferson Parish Drainage Department as an operator, and he worked with several other companies. Joseph found pleasure in gardening and landscaping with his father and brothers. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle and truck while engaging in the community. Loving father of Tammy Lakita Jasmin, and the late Joseph Adam Jasmin, III. Stepfather of Wynn Jones and the late Chasity Wells. Son of Joseph Adam Jasmin, Sr., and the late Elenora Raymond Jasmin. Grandfather of Ahmaad and Makayla Jasmin, and the late Trevon Jasmin, Sr. Great grandfather of Jesse West, Trevon Jasmin, Jr., and Kallo Jasmin. Brother of Reginald, Leontine, Bernadette, and Grace Ann Jasmin, and the late Clement Jasmin. Brother-in-law of Tracey Cooper Jasmin, Dorothy Caesar, Ikeyon, Michael, Terry, and Keith House. Joseph is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastor, officers, and members of Victory Christian Church International, priest and parishioners of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, and all neighboring churches; employees of Jefferson Parish Drainage Department, Hydrill Plant, American Sprinkle, and New Orleans Superdome are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Victory Christian Church International, 411 Opelousas Ave., New Orleans, LA on Friday, January 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the above-named church.
