JACQUELYN SMITH REGISTER

Jacquelyn Smith Register entered into eternal rest on Friday, January 15, 2021 at the age of 68. She was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA Jacquelyn was employed as a Paraprofessional. Beloved wife of Earl Register. Devoted mother of James Smith, Jr., Jennifer (Vernon) Bush, and Jasmine (Jermaine) Morgan.  Daughter of the late Bonnie and Rita Pearl Sparkman. Granddaughter of the late Harvey and Geraldine Powell Stennis. Sister of William Ramos, Carman Sparkman, Jerome Sparkman, Bonnie Sparkman, Iradell Benn, Geraldine Ramos, Rita Jackson, and the late Marie Davis, and Deborah Mosely. Aunt of the late Jerome Sparkman, Jr., William Ramos, Jr., Larman Sparkman, Jr., and Trina Sparkman. Great aunt of the late Charles Sparkman, also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, 1249 LeBoeuf St. New Orleans, LA on Friday, January 29, 2021at 10:00a.m. Pastor Dudley Watson officiating.Visitation will be held from 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
